How accounts are created on SignCoach and how to set up your profile.
Accounts are created by invitation
SignCoach does not have open sign-up. You get an account one of two ways:
- You are invited to an organisation. An administrator adds you as a member and you receive an email with a link. Follow it, set a password, and you are in.
- You are starting a new organisation. Contact MPower Vulcan at sign@mpowerglobal.ai and an account and plan are set up for you.
People who only need to sign a document never need an account. They receive a link by email and sign from it.
Set up your profile
Sign in at sign.mpowerglobal.ai.
Open the account menu (top right) and choose Account.
Set your full name as it should appear on documents, and add a signature. You can draw it, type it, or upload an image.
Under Security, turn on two-factor authentication or add a passkey.
