How SignCoach plans and credits work for an organisation.
One plan per organisation
Each organisation on SignCoach has its own plan. The plan covers every team and member inside that organisation. Creating a second organisation starts a second, separate plan.
Plans, included AI credits and self-serve billing are being finalised. Until then, plans are set up for you by MPower Vulcan. Write to sign@mpowerglobal.ai to change a plan.
AI credits
Features that run SignCoach's AI, such as the plain-English explanation shown to signers, draw on a credit allowance that belongs to the organisation. One document explained is counted once no matter how many people sign it. Organisations can also connect their own AI provider key instead of using credits. Details and limits will be documented here when the coach is live.
