About SignCoach
What SignCoach is, who runs it, and where these docs come from.
SignCoach is an e-signature service by MPower Vulcan LLC (Las Vegas, Nevada). You upload a document, place the fields a signer must complete, send it, and get back a signed PDF with a tamper-evident audit trail and a completion certificate.
What is different about SignCoach
- Plain-English explanations for signers. SignCoach is built to explain what a document says before someone signs it: what it is, who the parties are, what you are agreeing to, the money and dates, and anything worth reading twice. This coach panel is rolling out and will be documented here when it is live. It explains; it is not a lawyer and it does not give legal advice.
- Works with the tools you already use. Anything a sender can do in the app can also be done through the API (see the Developers section), and SignCoach connectors for AI assistants are planned.
Signing in and accounts
New accounts are created by invitation. If you were invited, follow the link in your email. If you need an account, contact the organisation that sent you here or write to sign@mpowerglobal.ai.
Legal
Terms, privacy and the open-source notice are on the app's Legal page.
About these docs
SignCoach is built on Documenso, free software released under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3. These docs are adapted from the Documenso documentation; where this guide says SignCoach, the screens and behaviour are those of the SignCoach app at sign.mpowerglobal.ai. Some screenshots still show the original Documenso colours and will be replaced over time. The complete source code of our modified version is available at github.com/mpower-vulcan/documenso. Documenso is a trademark of its owners; SignCoach is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
